SEMINAR: Vietnam: Integration – Opportunities – Growth

Since Vietnam became a full member of ASEAN in 1995, positive results in trade and investment relations between Vietnam and Thailand have been observed. Particularly, the two countries upgraded their relationship to a strategic partnership. According to The Nation – the most updated English news website of Thailand, there have been so far 2,000 Thai enterprises who wish to invest and registered with Thailand Embassy in Vietnam. Many small and medium Thai enterprises (SMEs) are developing their activities in Vietnam to obtain more shares in this potential market.
Vietnam’s economy is shifting from recovery to development and integration. Vietnam has also paid more attention to microeconomic reform and creating conditions for the business community to take off. The international economic integration process has opened significant opportunities for enterprises, while highlighting motivations for reforms geared towards a market economy in the country.
We invite you to the workshop “Vietnam: Integration – Opportunities – Growth” on 16 March 2017 at Shangri-La Hotel, Bangkok. This session will offer an overview of opportunities in Vietnam and advantages offered at the moment. Participants will be introduced to available opportunities and the legal framework while being shown strategic locations conducive to success.
